Fivetran SWE
How is working at Fivetran? Hoping to get some more info on wlb, ops load, management etc. Not a lot of reviews which seem to vary wildly especially for SWE. Would like to hear from anyone who’s worked there how it was. #fivetran

@gigabrad I’ve seen you in other threads and true or not you seem to be the only one consistently happy working at Fivetran which is a bit of a red flag.
For tech field - Wlb is bad - quality of work is not great either you'll be doing ops most of the time - making data connectors is easy so no technical learning if you're not hired in core teams . - You might be asked to get on calls with frustrated customers during non working hours . - +1 to everything @G4NJALFT said

Bad experience with interview process. Change in scope, change in role and finally canceled the interview. Would request you to refrain from this company! And they had a recent layoff too.
Wow! Their rating on blind is pretty bad. I keep getting emails from their recruiters
With just 26 reviews you can't trust that. Culture is pretty good. I came from a company that's rated 4.5 on Blind. I don't see a big difference between the two.
