OPT visa and Tax query - HSA

My university has said that I need to file taxes on sprintax due to my visa. When I try to enter my W2 details, it says state tax reported is higher than federal. This is because I contributed to a health savings account this year and its taxable in California. I should add I also gained interest from a high yield savings account. I do not think sprintax allows us to even file 8889 for HSA. Any tax service provider recommendations for non resident aliens?
