Avanade, process?

I heard this phrase in my childhood and my early career days. "Left hand don't know what the right hand is doing". Mostly referred to the most disorganized processes within an organization, even the large ones... specially the large organizations. How can a recruitment process has no connection with the onboarding process has no coordination with HR with the Hiring team and the lost links keeps going... no end to it. Writing this from my first hand experience. Seriously a laughing stock. I heard about recruiters ghosting, but a recruiter cannot be the face of Avanade. Unfortunately they are, what a shame? Recruiters do not have an clear understanding of the processes yet they talk about "Processes and Protocols". If you have interviewed with Avanade, and you are about to join ( this applies to the USA team ). Be aware that they have substandard people, you need to be on top of the activities. There are processes but can never align among themselves. There is delay in each and every step, I don't know how customers have been treated.

This is sadly very common for avanade. They made me an offer, then negotiated a higher offer. Then they asked if I would be okay driving 3 hours a day four days a week at my own expense. I said no. They rescinded the offer. Stay away from Avanade. They are bad news.

Used to work there long back. They were a good company before they started aligning tighter with Accenture. Then, in the mid 2010-2020 they pretty much became a clone of Accenture. To say I would NEVER work for Accenture is an understatement. Politics, favoritism, and Accenture @$$ kissing really ruined the company if you ask me.
