Just finished my final round interviews at Lyra Health and I really enjoyed speaking with the team. I also use Lyra personally and I truly resonate with the mission. Wanted to ask those who work at Lyra - how do you like it there? Anything you wish could be different? How is WLB, comp, WFH policy? Are some teams better than others to work in? How is IPO looking 😆 Thanks in advance! #culture #officelife #workplace #lyrahealth #lyra
Engineering is cool imo… PMs might need some help but good overall. Nice, supporting team, almost no politics. Almost everyone works hard but good wlb… no meetings over lunch or after 4, no weekends. Wfh very flexible (for now)
thank you!! that is good to know
It's WFH for most. Bay Area ppl -1d/wk in the office. Low ego, high EQ culture, hard work, DEI is real, experienced execs.
With markets on downswing and capital becoming difficult to raise, what becomes of startups like Lyra? Is it worth joining at this late stage? How much will your options be worth given that they’ve already raised close to a billion dollars and don’t really seem to have any moat?
Work is relevant and interesting. Money is not everything, and no company can guarantee stock value. Twitter or RH looked like great options just one year ago.
Well, unless Lyra IPOs, it’s all paper money.
What team/org were you looking at? In general great work life balance. Some teams are definitely better than others.
what teams would you say are better than others? just wondering since i’m still pretty new to the company!
+1 to above, considering joining!
people are stuck up there
Waddaya mean?
hey what was your interview like? Recruiter didn't give much info
What does comp look like?
