Yeah, because it’s so easy, you can get rejected over petty reasons. Even though our coding interviews are easy, I rarely see a bad hire.
So is it’s on purpose then? Interesting. Out of curiosity, what are these petty reasons you see people get rejected for then? DataDog had some of the better engineers in the industry when I interviewed with them, curious as to what filters you all use.
Stupid question Is a phone screen over actual phone call and not video call/screen share session?
