I'm currently interviewing for a swe role at Rapidapi. Can anyone already working there shed some light on how the company and work culture is like and how the overall interview process is. I just had one discussion with one of the senior engineers. Yoe 6 Tc 230 #engineering #software #swe #interview #startup #frontend
Company saves a lot of money and has a long runway I hear
Hey, thanks for responding. How does the compensation looks like there for senior swe/6 yoe? Also, I found so many bad reviews about the CEO's behavior on glassdoor. How much of it is a fact, just curious? I found everything else very impressive.
It's fact. Experienced it firsthand. I have dealt with tough CEOs/leaders, but he's off the charts. Go for it if you're cool being blamed (gaslighted) when he drops the ball and if you don't mind the occasional chair thrown at you. You can buy a new nose when you bankroll post company acquisition.
Their recruiter said their options are worth the same as their last round lol. That ended the convo real quick
This aged well
Is there any new interesting update?
