Let me keep it simple: Looks like Astera labs is IPOing this month. It’s a company which seems to be trying to cash in on the AI hype, but from what i understand they are majorly focused on technology primarily favored by Intel and AMD (PCIe and CXL). Nvidia doesn’t support CXL and has very limited PCIe. This means only one thing to me: Short Astera when the noobs pump it up thinking it’s an exponential AI play. What is even worse: they are not profitable: $27M loss on a revenue of $110M, they might be the only AI semi play who are not making money.. #investments #stocks
Short that shit right into the ground Just wait a little so I can cash out. Thnx
I feel confident you will be able to cash out atleast at the first lockup window..
Dont you have a freezing period of 6 months?
Read the article "CXL Is Dead In The AI Era"
Tough to kill something that's barely alive... World's at CXL2.0 talking about 3.0 and I can't find a broad application/deployment anywhere...
🚀🚀🚀🚀 then ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ What op said is mostly true, but who knows when this madness will end
If they are not an AI company and say that they are is management and investment bankers breaking the law? If they are lying about that can management be trusted? What else are they lying about are they cooking the books?
Nvidia has limited PCIe? Are you for real?
Looks like Intel’s talent hasn’t improved much after Pat joined. Let me know how many PCIe lanes are on H100 and on SPR?
