In your case, you will be applied to the flat 15% tax rates, since you should get above 2000k/yr THB at your level. Let me give you some color. My level is software engineer and get 150k THB monthly, and is only with cash bonus not RSU.
Is 150k TBH pre-tax or post-tax ?
What about EM salary what is the range ???
You can well see from the answers here and in other threads they underpay for specific origins. Don’t settle for less than 250k thb per month (before 15% tax), don’t give up the sign up bonus.
