Agoda Compensation Expectations?
I have an offer from a Tech Giant in Bangalore, India for ~48 lacs/year (that's roughly 65k$) I am also interviewing with Agoda for a Senior Engineer role in Bangkok, Thailand. Will need to relocate there. YOE: 6 years What is the best compensation I should be asking for and what would be an ideal break up considering the general cost of living and having a good lifestyle? (Currently Single but soon to be married in 6 months) What compensation should I ask for pre-tax? You will get roughly 170k TBH/ month to 190k TBH/month. Better ask them for Tech lead profile
Don't forget to ask about taxation You care about your net salary, not gross

In your case, you will be applied to the flat 15% tax rates, since you should get above 2000k/yr THB at your level. Let me give you some color. My level is software engineer and get 150k THB monthly, and is only with cash bonus not RSU.
Is 150k TBH pre-tax or post-tax ?
What about EM salary what is the range ???
You can well see from the answers here and in other threads they underpay for specific origins. Don’t settle for less than 250k thb per month (before 15% tax), don’t give up the sign up bonus.
