No they are not. The OP included refreshers and sign on in the calculation. Current E6 max is 255k base 1.275m RSU They will go up to 1.4 for few positions (ML research) and if there are written offers. So a 600k - 680 Max Tc. Op is calculating refreshes and signon

That's not how you calculate TC. Did you model in the average multipliers too?
Oops sorry I didn’t know the right way to calculate TC. I did not model in the multipliers. I just added (1/4+1/2+3/4)*(meet rating target refresh amount)/4 to the total TC calculation

The spreadsheet I got from Meta recruiter actually factored in sign-on and refresher (meet level), which leads to the 770+ number
jfc E6 comp is almost 4 times my current E4 comp of $200k with stock decrease
What do you want to do? Director vs M1 vs IC. It's all over the place. Just go with the one you vibed with the most and that aligns with your 3-5 year plan. Small differences in TC shouldn't matter that much.
Thanks. My 3-5 year plan is definitely about eng leadership. My interview experience with HBO Max is good, but also heard very bad things about the culture/eng quality there on Blind. Another unknown part is since HBO is not a real tech company, not super confident on how the market value the title
At Director level you definitely have some power to affect the culture of your org. Be the change you want to see! Worst case you can always come back to Google within a year without interview.
