Offer Eval EA vs Square

Got two offers from EA (E5) and Square (E4). EA has better TC and level. But I am wondering which one is more helpful if I want to go to FANNG after couple years. EA’s role is half ML half backend. Square’s is infra role. EA allows hybrid and Square is fully remote. I am wondering which has better potential for future career. Many thanks!
