Lot of room for sign on and rsu increase atleast. This is their standard opening pitch to every candidate. Push hard and it helps if you have competing offers.

I’m an L4 non tech. Base 81k, sign on 22 Y1; 18 Y2, 34 RSU. Been at Amazon less than a year. 5 YOE. I think it’s probably a little low as tribal knowledge tells me L5 should see a 25% increase. I saw some fluctuation w RSU and bonus in offer - no movement in base.
