IBM Labs (Grade 7A): Base - 30L, PF + Gratuity - 2L, Joining Bonus - 24L (12L + 12L). No idea on RSUs, will ask manager. Update : IBM started giving out RSUs only recently but only during appraisals. ARM (Grade 4) Base + PF - 29.10, Performance Bonus - 2.91L(company performance) + 92k(individual performance), Joining Bonus - 4L, Some random reimbursements + Gratuity - 1L, RSU - 46K USD vested in 3 years (52% vested 1st year, 24% 2nd year, 24% 3rd year). RSU refresher is 23K USD vested in 3 years. This is target refresher. Manager can give more. YOE - 3.5 + Mtech Current Base - 18L Profile - Design Verification #hardware #interview #semiconductor
