Recruiter mentioned - 70k Paid every year. That is confusing to me as well is this is total paid over 4 years or 70k each year. Talking to him tomorrow to clarify
from infy to epam , that is big $$ jump. i think its per year, usually 40 or 50 is common . but 70 RSU though yearly vesting is 4yrs,, 25% every yr. Especially if you are role is billable then its $$$ per hour , and Target Revenues are high for sure. and RSU are not fixed every year or guaranteed.

Re 70k RSU. Epam pays RSU refresher as a part of annual bonus. 70k looks right for dir level.
So RSU is part of bonus ? Then how come 25% bonus and 75k RSU are matched ?
Is 70K RSU=sign-on bonus? and which job function is this?
To OP: did you get your RSUs granted in March? Some people didn’t get the grant despite being told so in the offer letter
