One of my friend received below offer from google Warsaw(Poland) for Solution Engineer(gTech) Base: 125K Złoty = 39K$ Bonus: 15% of base = 18750 Zloty = 5800$ Stock: 90k = 22.5K$/y (25% vesting each year ) Currently TC: 26LPA INR (tier-2 company as DevOps Engineer) YOE: 3+ #engineering #software #tc #google #offer Is it a good offer ? is it worth moving to Poland for this TC ?
