JP Morgan chase : Frontend TC: 150k + 50k incentive(pay cash in Jan), (negotiating). (Remote but occasional meetings in Palo Alto) Current(series E startup): FullStack TC: 139k(10% pay cut for all from Jun~Dec), origin: 155k (Remote, but RTO once per 6 weeks, depending on chiefs' feeling, could be changed) I worry about frontend has a salary limit in US. (I'm 2 yoe in fullstack(node.js) + 2 yoe in frontend) But if I jump but continue to interview, should be fine? No other offers currently.
I think it will, but JD said, can work at home currently, but some meetings will occur occasionally at the Palo Alto Office

That 10% is non negotiable. Anything over 50k is 10% stock. And it's completely dependent on your boss.
