Could use some help evaluating the following offers: SoFi - Senior Software Engineer (final offer): Base: 190k Stock (RSUs): 300k Bonus: 15% of base Sign on: 15k Total compensation (1st year): 308.5k goPuff - SDE 2 (willing to add more if I agree to sign): Base: 185k Stock (RSUs): 480k Bonus: 10% of base Total compensation: 323.5k Rippling - Said they were flat but it is a senior role (willing to add more if I agree to sign): Base: 190k Stock (RSUs): 550k Bonus: 6-10% of base Total compensation (w/o bonus): 327.5k Google - L4 (still negotiating although probably won't get much more): Base: 170k Stock (RSUs): 350k Target Bonus: 15% of base Sign on: 15k Total compensation (1st year): 314.5k Amazon - L5 (current role): Willing to match Google's total compensation YOE: Almost 2.5 Current TC: ~205k

Contrary to many votes in this thread but I think Rippling wins. Those RSUs will rocket. A lot of VCs backing it up with high confidence. Read more about the CEO and Founder and his comeback story
Location? It matters a lot
goPuff is fully remote, Google is technically mtv but I can work out of Seattle (current location), rest are all Seattle/Bellevue

Rippling gives bonus?
Growing to next level in Google is a slow process. With Rippling you can 4x equity but with Google it is hard. It depends on how much appetite you have to take risk.
Why not consider Gopuff too in case you are open to some risk. offer will be at 15B valuation, they have raised 1.5B debt note which will factor into valuation at IPO and business model is sound. So reward could be big (maybe match doordash valuation ). Don’t know much about ripping. Google will always be there
Appreciate the insights! This is exactly why the decision has been so tough, I am really struggling with whether I want to prioritize taking a risk for high reward or just take good wlb and good pay with a coasting mindset
