Apple seems better option considering refreshers. Just don't take Amazon. Your target comp is fixed for next 4 years and perks are non-existent

Understood ! Thanks ! I thought Amazon would give you refreshers every year based on performance. And I was told that I could get 310k at Amazon just negotiating on bonuses instead of base pay. Do you have any idea about it ?

Apple refresher is just 70k-80k for meets for ict4. Not sure where u getting that refreshers are good

Amazon will give 0 refreshers if stock appreciate and you are making 280k year3/4/5... If you survive Apple for future proofing your resume with horrible wlb Arm for great wlb (can literally disappear for years)

Was the case pre 2018/19. Slightly better wlb at arm with may be 4-5 days of regular work time between releases. Otherwise we’re in constant crunch mode.. lots to get done and no time to do it in
