Walmart ( SDE III) : 21.5 base + 3 JB + 4.3 performance bonus + 6 L stocks per year TC = 34.8 LPA Tech stack : Java, spring, kafka, sql server Good work life balance Salesforce (MTS) : 26 base + 2 JB + 2.6performance bonus + 6 L stocks per year TC = 36.6LPA Tech stack: java and some salesforce's internal frameworks Team : Sales enablement cloud Incredible work life balance Myntra( Senior Software) : 37 base + 5 JB + 7L flipkart ESOPs per year TC = 49 LPA Tech Stack : java, kafka, sql, no sql, Azure, spring boot Bad work life balance/ startup culture I am looking for : good learning opportunities Moderate work life balance Industry standard compensation at my experience Please let me know your opinions. #engineering #software #swe #myntra

There might not be wlb but flipkart might become public soon, shares could double. At your age you can afford 2 years without wlb but totally depends on your current financial status.
Go for Myntra To achieve this TC in Salesforce, it would take probably another couple of years
You don't include Joining Bonus in your TC, its a one time thing. Paid and done. Mantra offer seems pretty high for your YOE, unless you already have Masters
I don't have masters degree. And joining bonus is 10 L for initial 2 years. So 5 L per year

Walmart sde3 doesn't offer 6l stocks per year, the standard offer is 15% of ur base across four years

Salesforce don't have good technology so myntra. In myntra some teams are very bad supply chain

Why
For 2 yoe tc is high. The tech stack is quite solid for good learning. What more one wants?
