Negotiate with Microsoft and take it
Microsoft gave you a solid offer for your experience. If you don't mind relocating to Redmond, that's probably the best move for your career.
Ask VMware to bump the RSUs, and use that to negotiate with Microsoft.
Love this idea.
1 year for 62. MS is deperate
Internships may matter. Also OP didn't share if they have MS
If you get L62 at MS. I dont think you can grow to become senior in next 2 years. You have just 1yoe.
Damn MS comp is garbage
I didn't expect l62 to be this low.
Multiple offers in short amount of time, great going op 👏
Do you want to move to Seattle or do you want to stay in bay?
Would prefer to stay in the bay

You should negotiate with msft as you have competing offers. 90k stocks for L62 is a low ball. For reference, I’ve joined at L61 with 140k stocks by leveraging competing offer.
