Hi Folks, I have an offer for the role of Support Engineer from Informatica in Austin. They are offering 95k in annual salary (I have around 1 year of experience), with RSUs valued at $24,000. There was no mention of sign-on bonuses or relocation expenses and was wondering if that is something they offer or will be open for negotiation. I want to know if there is anything that I can ask for before I sign the offer letter. always ask for 30% more on base salary and stocks ..so shoot for that.
Looks to be ~46% increase in base. Thats a respectable increase.
