Offer: IBM GBS vs NTT DaTa 1) IBM GBS =$187K base + $15k sing-on bonus + Yearly Discretionary company bonus (not contractual bonus, based on IBM performance only - which is expected to be negative in next 2 years due to IBM restructuring). 2) NTT DaTa=$220k base + NO sing-on bonus + 15% yearly contractual bonus; Total= $253k/year Both same location - remote work from home, Chicago area. Both similar role - Hybrid cloud transformation (OpenShift), application modernization consulting/solutioning in delivery and sales focus. I plan to move away from Consulting in next 3-5 years time. IBM GBS number of employee = 110,000; NTT DaTa number of employee = 130,000; The parent companies IBM and NTT - both are equally big.
