I got an offer for 179k 100k RSU TTI 30% Was told no sign on bonus in budget 12+ YOE Current TC 389 (stonks go up)
what is TTI 30%? Is it bonus if you’re a top tier? You’re taking more than 100K pay cut. Not good move however if you hate your work at your current place and need a break then yes but understand how promotion are looking like from L64-65
TTI is a revenue based comp. So average is 30% of base, assuming revenue target is met, so that would be an additional ~54k. Definitely is a paycut, but most of my current TC is in stock, so I'm trying to discount is since I don't see AMZN stock growing 30% YoY. Not really looking for promo anytime soon, kinda want to coast at this point, eventually make my way up to 65>66>67 in 15 years. We get a bonus for having a clearance, 25% of base, so there is that too (44k). I'm only banking on this vs the TTI since it's target and not guaranteed.
Is coasting possible in MSFT as a CSA? DMd

Wait are you saying that’s 100k stock per year so 400k stock total? And if so, are you sure you’re reading the offer letter correctly? Also, the performance bonus for L64 is 15% not 30%. Anything above 15% means you “exceeded expectations”
Don’t do it, that 30% bonus is on average a 15% bonus. Recruiters try to say 30% to inflate tc numbers but no one gets that
So the CBI and RBI are bs?
I'm also getting a quarterly bonus 25% base/4. But figured that was guaranteed whereas the TTi isnt.
