How do you get $42k bonus? Bonus target is 12% for T4 which comes around $20k for your base.

It’s Field Applications Engineer role. So my cash payment is divided as 80-20. 80% - Base Pay 20% - Sales Incentive Plan Base - 168K SIP/Bonus - 42K
