I'm getting an offer from Twitter for SDE 2 in Seattle . Base:155k, Stock : 190k/4yrs. I'm at Uber L3 currently. What do you think of the numbers ?

Seems decent but not great. Amazon and Microsoft can offer you that. Ask around 230-250k. How many Yoe?
