Depending on where you land, the Cloud and Cognitive group is a good place to be. If you are joining as a manager, you need to be ready to deal with politics, a clueless sales team and depending on the size of your team, a bunch of direct reports. The good thing is that managers are usually "safe" when it comes to Layoffs and such.
