Who are these retards asking for dictatorship in India?
Lok Openai became top contender
No way openai paying this low for eng roles. Per their job description base for swe starts from 200k and they should also give plenty of equity.
Yeah it's not swe it's the SRE role
Interviewed at Goldman sometime ago, your friend doesn’t want it. It’s RTO full swing lol
If he is fine with office openai for sure. Depends on what he wants with life.
Open AI all the way. He doesn’t want to come to Wells Fargo, trust me
😂😂😂
is that the role with the IT team? they are awesome. 🤍
The SRE team afaik.
I assume the offer for gs is base only? If yes then the tc will be at least 240-250k + rsu
Are you kidding?! Delete that Goldman option because 200k in NYC is a joke. Plus, you need to work extra hours like a slave.
Banking is stale and crusty - probably filled with politics. If no start-up experience this is the time to take the risk. Markets still unstable and start-ups that have deep coffers and smart spending habits will survive. Times smell like 2010 to 2013 which led to big disruption in tech.
Why is OpenAI paying peanuts?
AFAIK no negotiation has taken place. It's a non-senior role at openai maybe that's why?
Did they offer any options/RSUs?
