Salesforce any day. Make it a poll. BTW, why leave MSFT ?
Main reason is comp. Getting around 70% hike. And work was bad with no clear path for promo.
Did you try switching internally? Congrats on 2 good offers btw
Nutanix is an interesting one because I do think it's going to have growth this year fueled by VMWare acq nonsense. I would choose it over Salesforce for company growth for sure, Salesforce is about to be doggy paddling this year imo
Total how many rounds at Nutanix?
5 including HM.
Tech stack?
Salesforce is not the same as before, which division/team in Salesforce?
Service cloud is all I know.
4.5 YoE at Microsoft?
Yes. I was hired at 59
Didnt you asked for mts4 ? Base can go upto 50 for mts 4 I have seen people with 3 -3.5 yr getting mts-3
I asked. But they said they give mts4 for 6+ exp.
Is it full stack role for pune location?
Why not SMTS in Salesforce? I think 4.5 yoe is eligible
I asked but didn't get due to current low comp. They are fitting me in MTS bracket with good hike as well.
OP, would you mind your preparation strategy for LC and System Design?
I will suggest Salesforce. Service cloud is a good team and tech stack. Your SF offer can easily go up by 10-20%. Anyway difference is less in TC so its your choice. Its a better brand, good WLB and perks. Talk to the recruiter candidly
Hi salesforce, can I DM you? Isnt service cloud based on the monolith? Does it have a good tech stack?
Salesforce TC seems a low ball
True. I didn't have any counter offer at that time. Now I do.
