Can someone please help me evaluate my Affirm offer for a senior PM role? What is the salary range for senior PM role in fintech startup companies like stripe , chime , Adyen. Stocks are low
Their stock tanked, so it the rsu grant might be priced accordingly. In case of a recovery (unlikely, but I could be wrong), there is a lot of upside.
Given that grant is in dollars, not shares, wouldn’t you expect offer levels to stay the same (thus pricing in upside)?

Is that stocks 150k/yr or vesting over 4 years?
Affirm equity award has a $50 floor price. So 150k would means you will only get around 60k-70k, with the current stock price.
