I recently received an offer to work as a Senior Software Engineer at MongoDB, and I'm curious to know if this work experience would benefit my resume. I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your thoughts on this matter TC: 300k

No, they don’t. But I am more concerned about reputability of the company and how it will look on resume

I am Senior Software Engineer at DXC. 7YO in total. I will work on open-source drivers. But throughout my career I have mostly worked with distributed-systems.
I think if you work on some nice technical challenges and make some impact it'll be great at mongodb
