Offer from PlayStation

Just recently received an a verbal offer from PlayStation that they want to bring me onboard as a P3 PM. Haven't received specific numbers yet, but I was told the position won't have a sign-on bonus and will just be salary + bonus which is 15% of base. Recruiter previously told me the range was 100-140K. Anybody know what comp should look like at this leveling at PlayStation or elsewhere?
