Offer from Riot Games
Need help with offer evaluation. I have been offered a senior security engineer role at Riot Games, Dublin, Ireland. I have 12 yoe in the security space. Base - 84k Annual perf. Bonus - 15% LTI - 15% (after 3 years) Is this a justified compensation for the role in Dublin? Any tips on negotiating this? #riotgamescompensation #securityengineer #riotgamesoffer #RiotGamesDublin
Higher than average for Ireland and that role. But your yoe definitely deserves higher. Do you have any other offers? Also did you counter-offer?

Just it set expectations, this year bonuses paid out at 1.7x (25.5% for a 15% target) for most people (and 2.2x or 33% for top performers). Obviously no way to know what they’ll be in the future, but might be helpful to know.
