Mind sharing what the solutions architect interview process contains?
Technical Recruiter screening, one day 3 or so hour panel with tech/peer/leadership on culture/diversity. You have to submit a tech assessment, which they review. Its done to see how quickly/nicely you can build a solution. Then they debrief and you either get an offer, or not. Unsure of salary ranges, its a brand new position so not a ton of data points.
