Amazon also assumes 15% growth YoY for stock. So increase the stock value after year 2 by 15% and so on

Any sign-on bonus for Walmart? How does the TC come up to 490K? Walmart Director level will probably have larger team and scope.
The bonus is also paid in April, if someone joins on feb 1, 2023 they wont get the bonus until next April 2024
