Almost took a job offer from there a few years ago. It's basically Facebook marketplace / Mercari.
But with no spammers. There are lot of advertisement but I don't get DMs from spammers like a marketplace

Same reason - we grew fast in the recent years due to rapid online activity but now we want to cut down our employee strength to sustain. BS !!!
They can't predict the market so they are just makimg the cut. The current employees won't leave due to bad market. Way to increase profits.
