Offering realistic mock behavioral interviews

Fill this form if you are interested: forms.gle/yr3Mw6qGZ2mtE33G6 I should have posted this long ago. For a lot of people are interviewing and job hunting right now, I know behavioral rounds can be tough because there's no right answer and interviewers are told to bring a poker face. I've interviewed folks over 8 years,. including a few at Faang and want to help if anyone needs it. These will be intense, real interviews and will help you to prepare, imo. It won't be free, because last time I did it for free, it brought out ones who didn't appreciate their time or mine. I'll charge what you can afford to pay, and I'll even accept donations to a non-profit (even if it is done after you get the first paycheck from your new job) as payment. The interviews will be 35min of questions, responses and follow ups, 10-15 min of debrief and I can give you feedback and pointers if you want it. I'll share the doc with notes so you have a reference for the future too. I hope there's some interest in this. I'm keen to work with people during my free time. PS: you don't need to DM me. Save those for referral requests. And two people said they can't pay money. It's ok, don't let that stop you. Maybe you can volunteer on a Saturday locally when you get time.

Fucking be serious, bud. Not everything requires a silly, "fun" comment. I'm genuinely interested to help if I am able to. This is how I generate my happiness

Sounds like you need more fun comments to lighten yourself up

Nope, I refuse to participate in the gamified interviewing thing going on. Product school, exponent etc are just bait. But thanks for the suggestion

This is a solid offer right here. I think people would be surprised at how often a poor behavioral interview ends up being a deciding factor, and there’s really no reason anyone should do poorly in these sections. If you can practice and get good, this is the one interview section that essentially never changes and is applicable to any role. Hope some people take you up in this OP.

I don't want to paste my email here. Can you look me up on LinkedIn and DM me there? Or DM here if it's easier. My username is my real name
