Cons: slightly lower TC for year 1 Qualtrics - senior (most in office/may be remote) - around 400 TC first year, 335 from next year. Not counting refreshers. Cons: may allow remote, low base pay (170k) Gopuff - senior (remote) - 457 first year (including 180k paper stock per year). 427 (including 180 paper stock). Not counting refreshers. Cons: not sure how IPO would go

Congrats on your offers. Come to Q, you will like the culture and the people. After couple months, TC difference won’t matter as much if you are overworked and not liking the culture.
How is Qualtrics’ engineer culture? Do you have pip? How about wlb?
No PIP. WLB is pretty great on most teams I would say. There may be a few exceptions. Also, refreshers were pretty significant this year (L5 was like 200k - 300k) so something to consider.

Yes, they'll reduce pay if you're remote and move
