1. Twilio : Senior Software Engineer : 175K base + 300K stock / 4 years vesting 2. Wework: Software Engineer L4 : 190K base + 135K stocks / 3 years vesting 3. Walmart: Senior Software Engineer : 150K base + 30k projected bonus + 20k joining + 40K stocks / 4 years vesting. Which one should I take? I am a bit inclined towards Wework.

Is the wework at New York office?
Why not twilio? It has solid growth for next few years and high chances of stock going up even further
Is it in Seattle?
Congrats
What am I missing here? Twillio is offering the highest TC & the chance to work for a growing real tech company, & yet OP is leaning towards a real estate company that's paying less?!!
I think the difference here is one is offering slightly more but for an elevated position. WeWork is offering him an insane package for a non-senior position, leaving him upward momentum and progression... But yeah, Twilio is actually a tech company.
Also, during the interviews at WeWork, I spoke to a couple of interesting folks, who are working on something entirely new. So, I was highly motivated. Speaking to Twilio, I could not feel that the work was passionate enough. However, I also understand that the company is stable and I would be in the comfort zone. What would be your take guys ?
WeWork offer is pretty good for L4!
135K rsu’s at which valuation?
Which one did you pick?
