I got an offer from Nvidia with a good compensation hike from 56 LPA to 86 LPA making immediate gain substantial. However the CAD job role seems to be lesser technical. Do you think it is wise to join CAD team for long run? Do you think it is difficult to scale up the career/compensation/technical depth in CAD role? Education: B.Tech. ECE from IIT Years of Experience: 9 years 10 months Prior Experience: Cadence Noida Date of the Offer: Jan 2024 Company: Nvidia Title/Level: Sr CAD Engineer (Individual contributor 4 : 4th position from bottom for software engineer ladder) Location: Bangalore #Nvidia #Compensation #Offer #engineering #software #swe #CAD #Cadence #EDA
