Oil & Gas Scheduling

I am a scheduler for a smaller shop outside of Houston. I am knowingly taking a fat L on my comp in exchange for getting responsibilities and experience in the O&G industry. Pretty much like an extended internship before i go make real money. Current TC 65k YOE 2 i understand that number goes up significantly in houston especially variant on company and specialties. I’ve heard anywhere between 90k salary min on basic pipeline vs 250k+ on cargos anybody have insight, how they broke in from a small shop to the big boys?

I only understood 65k, 90k and 250k. I'm sorry for my ignorance.

I work in midstream oil & gas and am still a little confused as to what you’re asking for here
