Choosing Between Summer Internships

Hi guys, first post. I am a sophomore at Stanford studying computer science; I was originally planning on graduating early in 3 years instead of 4 (all these companies treated me as a junior) but now I am thinking of graduating with the rest of my class but with a BS and MS in CS. I am interested in software engineering and quant. trading/research. In the past I have interned at startups (a market research internship and a software eng. internship) and ran my own (nontechnical) startup. These are the current offers I have for next summer: Facebook: $8k/month, plus corporate housing/or $1600/month housing stipend, and health insurance and flights, food (around 3 months). Near Stanford campus, where I can get free housing if I "work" (sit at a desk and do nothing) on the weekends. Uber: Uber Freight team. $44/hr with 1.5x overtime (recruiter said 45 - 50 hours per week was normal for interns). 3 months, $1550/month stipend, flights, $200 Uber credit/month, food. SF office. Goldman Sachs: $100k prorated, $3000 signing bonus, and flights. The teams they assigned me on do not seem that interesting (controllers tech, originally digital strategy). NY office, within an hour of my house in NJ. Tripadvisor: $35/hour, $4000 signing bonus. El Segundo (LA) office on the experiences (tours) team. Don't think I will be taking this. OSIsoft: don't know how much, didn't fill out the final form before offer letter. I am also in the hiring committee stage for Google, am flying out to Connecticut to interview with Bridgewater Associates (technology associate), have a final hiring manager interview with Palantir, and have final interviews with Roblox, and Stripe (Winter). I am in early stage coding tests/interviews for Citadel, Akuna Capital, Belvedere Trading, and SIG. What would you guys recommend taking. I am very indecisive and am definitely open to taking a quarter off to go intern somewhere in addition to the summer. Also, do you think companies would be receptive if I asked them to make me an offer for summer 2021 for my junior year internship?

How important is it to have more offers than you already have? Itā€™s a commitment for a few months, not the rest of your life. Pick one, work hard, move on to another next year.

Iā€™d do FB. Donā€™t intern -> full-time conversions get like a $100k signing bonus?

Facebook, your other possible HFT offers are not top tier.

About offer for 2021: most companies don't want to (head-count and staffing issues). I tried to ask from Google after being matched (took 5h to be matched after passing HC) and they refused and said that I'd have to go trough whole process again.
