you can get new Hyundai/Kia Sedan around 25 with better features/warranty than competition.
This is a match box, super soft
You have 250k TC. It doesn’t make a difference what you choose.
New car all the way. Latest technologies especially music and communication. On top of it, you can be worry free about your car for the first 7 years.
Newer cars may come with extra safety features (lane and park assist, anti collision, blind spot monitoring) but most cars are safe if they’re on the road. If you think you need the features, fine, but otherwise they can feel like unnecessary, expensive add ons.

Absolutely. Get a new one. A 2010 car may not even have lane keep.
Lane keeping is for phone addicted idiots who can’t drive.
Not true. Even planes have autopilot. When the car follows the lane, you can spend more time on situation awareness tasks.
New for sure. The automatic brakes, active cruise and the surround view are game changers.
