I was with Wipro India till last year. While I felt that I was cornered by my manager, I started looking for the change and joined with another start-up in Bangalore now. Thanks to Blind for the comments which helped me to decide to move on. But, before leaving, I approached ombuds in Wipro to justify the behaviour of my manager. They haven't done any resolution. I was not happy about it. In the verge of exit, I haven't bothered to raise any dispute. I feel, somehow these should be put into limelight. Any suggestions?
What are the options available? Write an email to the highest level possible. Someone like vertical head or even CEO. You will be burning the bridge. But I'm sure you have no plans to rejoin Wipro ever.
Is he a green tag ? They are powerful and have great networking within and mostly they can't be touched. They won't leave the Organisation and are an asset to Wipro. And you left already and ombuds won't bother. P.S: I hope you succeed.
Thanks! You said right. But, not able to just passby. Why the organisation won't hear from the poor lower grade employees as well. It's really unfortunate.
