I'm coming up on 10 years of work as a geospatial analyst, and I'm in the process of applying with ESRI for a Platform Configuration Engineer. My buddy works there as the same job but honestly I think he's being underpaid. Anybody able to shed some light on what sort of compensation I can expect from this position?
Area sucks though.
It's the Vienna office.
Also, I know Esri contributes to profit sharing but how much is the salary hike every year??
I just got an offer from Esri..The offers seems fair as per the location Redlands but they are not offering me any signing bonus..they say its an Esri standard ..is that true??
TC? Yoe?
yeah afaik
I received a 5K signing bonus, the TC is poor and the cost of living in the IE has increased substantially. The yearly raises are generally in line with inflation, so don’t expect to ever make a lot each year. People always leave for one of toe reason: Low pay or the poor location. You should negotiate to work remote.
