I want my driver to realize that I didn't forget to tip, but the lowest option is $1. What can I do?
The problem in America is tipping.
No doubt. For someone who eats out a lot, its a 15% extra expense coming from post tax money. Tipping should be tax deductible, I am effectively paying or supporting someone's salary.
or even better just include people's salary in the end cost. even better choose a price that will be round after tax. so maybe I pay only in multiples of tens at upscale places and fives at lower end ones
