I have Chase Sapphire Reserve which allows foreign transactions (0 fee) but when I used it on Amazon India website from US, it didn't work. Amazon said Chase didn't approve, Chase said they didn't get any incoming transaction. Not sure what happened. 1. Do u have CSR and it worked for any non-US online shopping? Did you have to do something extra to enable it? 2. Which card have you used successfully to shop on non-US websites? Tax: 210k/4 #creditcard #onlineshopping #chase
Sapphire works fine for me outside US. AMEX too.
Sometimes they block suspicious transactions and you just have to call so they can unblock
Never an issue, if something sketchy chase sends a text. I have used CSR all over the place for non US shopping and in a few different countries. Have to make that fee worth it :)
Amazon India only accepts Amex if it is an international card. They don’t process intl Visa or Mastercard

I use mine all the time for non US shopping. Didn't have to do anything extra. Only once when I first got the card, did they stop a transaction but I responded "Yes" to their "Was this you...?" security text. Have you tried a different browser, restarting your laptop?
Did you use CSR?
Yup
