I've been through tons of online courses looking for valuable information, but I usually drop out before I'm halfway through. Either the lectures are a drag or the material doesn't really match up to what was advertised. Can someone recommend something on Coursera or Udemy or EdX or CodeAcademy that they loved AND was extremely useful to their career? Preferably something in Computer Science or Software Development (as against Business or Marketing).
This is great question. I've actually built a tool that helps with exactly this: mutoapp.com. For example, if you are trying to get into product management, based on your preferences the tool actually picks out courses (from various different providers) that matches your needs. You dont have to compare all these courses manually, it does it for you. DM me if you have any questions.
I have had the same problem. Thinking of signing up to Stanford's online crypto course.
