Open Homes Thread
Seattle east side open home scene was pretty slow this weekend. Went to about 6 open homes up North. Not a lot of people, and showing agents who were mostly giving us an attitude last year are now all chatty and uber polite. And everyone had an inspection report which is also a much needed change. #mortgage #housing

My neighbor's place has been on the market for two weeks and already reduced by $100+k. Might be things are getting back to a little closer to reasonable, though it's still listed $300k-ish too high for what it is, IMHO.
