I've recently received an offer from Opendoor for a software engineering position with a comp of $130k base and $30k/year equity (no sign-on bonus). The role is remote and the team is based on SF. I have 2 YOE as a software engineer after having graduated. What are the offer packages given to new grad software engineers at Opendoor and do y'all think I can negotiate up with 2 YOE under my belt? #opendoor
How was the on-site interview like?
You can try for more equity, but that offer seems about right for OD.
