Opening LLC while working at Intel

I'm planning to open a small business with my sibling. It's not related to Technology at all, so there should not be any conflict of interests. would it cause any issues with Intel? Do I need to get any approval from Intel? Please share your thoughts. Thanks. #business #intel #tech #startup
