What TC to expect ?
Do you have openings in Chicago?
I interviewed with SF team for SF/Palo Alto. Very indecisive recruiting and hiring manager. After the interview they said very positive and they are preparing for offer. A week after they said they are few more candidate they want to interview with. After two weeks, they said they are happy to extend the offer officially. I said no thank you. Was interested at the first place. Now, not much. I think if you want to have a good wlb and mediocre tc then okay but if you have other options then it is a traditional mindset and insecure culture of senior directors and vp
This is how we lose the talented candidates. Not surprised. Sorry to hear though.
Are you open to hiring from bootcamps? Know some fine folks who have degrees in engineering/bio sciences but changing to software via boot camps.

How terrible is your interview process?
It’s not too bad, but depends on team. I had a bad experience, but only during the manager interview.
